Is creating a character really free?
Yes. Your first character images are free, subject to daily limits. Optional extra image retries and physical or digital products cost extra.
What do I get with the 3D model files?
The STL is validated for printability and can be 3D printed. The GLB is a textured digital model for viewing and creative projects. Physical prints may require printer-specific supports.
How do figurine orders work?
A $50 deposit starts your order. After you approve your digital 3D proof and pay the balance, we 3D-print your figurine in grey ABS-like resin, clean, cure, inspect and ship it unpainted. Primer, painting and decorative finishes are not included.
Can I order a figurine without buying the 3D files?
Yes. Figurines and downloadable 3D files are separate products. You can choose either or both.
How does a cosplay commission work?
Tell us what you'd like to create: helmet, armor, prop or a full costume. We review your requirements and provide a personal consultation and quote. Full-scale cosplay pieces can include custom fabrication and finishing.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are private and used to create your character and any product you order. Our normal retention and order-preservation policies apply.
Can I get a refund?
Figurine deposits are refundable before proof approval, minus nonrefundable payment-processing fees. Digital-file refunds are subject to the delivery status. Cosplay terms are agreed individually.
